 he beginning of its second decade\, SomNOG9 brings together network engine
 ers\, systems administrators\, cybersecurity professionals\, software deve
 lopers\, government institutions\, Internet service providers\, academics\
 , financial institutions\, development organizations\, and technology stak
 eholders for six days of hands-on technical workshops\, specialist tutoria
 ls\, and high-level conference dialogue.\nSomNOG9 is organized under the t
 heme:\n"Connected by Design: Advancing Somalia's Digital Infrastructure an
 d Integrated Public Services"\nThe event will comprise three components:\n
