The National Health Workforce Summit is an annual conference that brings together health professionals, policymakers, and stakeholders from across the country to discuss issues related to the health workforce.

The summit provides a platform for attendees to share their experiences and knowledge, exchange ideas, and collaborate on solutions to challenges facing the health workforce. The concept for this year's summit is "Building a Strong and Resilient Health Workforce for the country." The theme highlights the importance of a well-trained, diverse, and adaptable health workforce in meeting the changing needs of the population and addressing current and future challenges in the healthcare system. The summit will feature a range of interactive sessions, including plenary lectures, panel discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities. These sessions will cover a variety of topics, including workforce development, diversity and inclusion, health equity, and innovation in healthcare delivery. The National Health Workforce Summit aims to promote dialogue and collaboration among attendees and to identify practical strategies and solutions for strengthening the health workforce. It is an opportunity for attendees to learn from experts and each other, and to contribute to the development of a strong and resilient health workforce for the Country.
