Introduction
A rapid increase in the number of higher education institutions (HEIs) and undergraduate students in Somalia has emerged. This made it challenging for academic staff to focus on each student individually and meet their unique learning needs. The diversity of students’ backgrounds and poor backgrounds were also considered challenges that negatively impacted the teaching classroom. To this end, SomaliREN designed this Training of Trainers to boost the capacity of teaching to address the needs of undergraduate students and society.
Objective
The main objective is to utilize innovative teaching-learning approaches to address the needs of learners in practical ways.
