Theme and Sub-themes
This is the first APU Research Conference (APURC) on “Enhancing Responsibilities of Social Service.” The sub-themes include the following:
- Enhancing system, access, and quality of education and health sectors
- Improving infrastructure, and renewable energy and promoting agriculture, fishery, and livestock to increase local economy and employment.
- Impact of Local Bank and Microfinance institutions on youth engagement and economic development.
- Good Governance, the rule of law, accountability, transparency, and elections
- Responsibilities of local government, civil organizations, and business enterprises towards enhancing social service
- Pairing donor priorities to the community's needs and aligning with state priorities to avoid overlapping, wasting resources, and enhancing participation in the design and implementation of projects.
