Description

From Fundamental Concepts to Practical MikroTik Configuration

This training session provides a structured and hands-on exploration of network configuration using MikroTik RouterOS, designed to bridge foundational networking concepts with real-world implementation. The session emphasizes practical skills development, enabling participants to configure, manage, and troubleshoot network services using MikroTik devices.

The training is organized into focused segments that begin with an introduction to MikroTik RouterOS, its interface, and essential networking concepts. Participants will then progress into practical configuration tasks, including IP addressing, gateway setup, DNS configuration, and establishing internet connectivity.

A significant portion of the session is dedicated to core network services such as DHCP and Network Address Translation (NAT), demonstrating how MikroTik routers are used to provide connectivity to client devices in real environments. Additionally, the training introduces basic firewall rules and security practices to ensure safe and controlled network operations.

Through live demonstrations and guided exercises, participants will configure MikroTik routers in real time, reinforcing their understanding through direct application. By integrating conceptual knowledge with hands-on labs, this training ensures that participants gain both technical competence and practical confidence in MikroTik network administration.

Target Audience

This training is intended for individuals who aim to develop hands-on skills in configuring and managing MikroTik networks. It is particularly beneficial for:
