Ahmed D. Siyad
Mr. Ahmed is a qualified ICT professional with more than ten years of experience in the Internet and Telecommunication industry. He joined Somali Research and Education Network (SomaliREN) in February 2016 as Chief Technology Officer to lead the organization's technological directions and vision. An avid proponent of a more technology-savvy, knowledge society that embraces technology; and a government that enhances service delivery through the adoption of ICTs.
Mr. Ahmed has a Master of Science in Networking and Telecommunications and a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications studied from Pakistan.
