SomNOG Capacity Building Series 2026

This in-person, hands-on training introduces participants to MikroTik RouterOS through practical configuration and real-world networking scenarios. The session focuses on building foundational skills required to set up and manage a basic network using MikroTik devices.

Participants will learn how to configure core services such as IP addressing, gateway, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and basic firewall rules, while also gaining exposure to troubleshooting techniques. The training emphasizes learning by doing, using tools like Winbox and CLI to reinforce concepts through guided exercises.

⚠️ This is an in-person session with limited capacity (20 participants only).
