The National Health Workforce Summit is an annual conference that brings together health professionals, policymakers, and stakeholders from across the country to discuss issues related to the health workforce.

The concept for this year's summit is "Building a Strong and Resilient Health Workforce for the country." The summit will feature a range of interactive sessions, including plenary lectures, panel discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities. These sessions will cover a variety of topics, including workforce development, diversity and inclusion, health equity, and innovation in healthcare delivery. The National Health Workforce Summit aims to promote dialogue and collaboration among attendees and to identify practical strategies and solutions for strengthening the health workforce. The Ministry of Health and Human Services is pleased to announce that the National Health Workforce Summit will be held between the 14th and 15th of June 2023. This national summit will present lectures, discussions, research, and knowledge to discuss solutions for the national health workforce.

The Summit will be attended by leaders from the federal government, heads of the Federal Member states, different Communities in the health sector, the health workforce, and partners that work to improve the health workforce development of our country.
